TESDA Scholarship Program

Scholar Qualifications

  • Applicants may or may not be employed but must not be working for any government agency.
  • Must be able to commit to 45 or more days of training and willing to start as soon as selected.
  • Open only to applicants ages 18-45 years old.
  • Must be a high school or junior high (K-10) graduate; college graduates may also apply.
  • Must be able to provide a transcript of records and a birth certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority.
  • Must have access to an internet-ready gadget (mobile phone or laptop).
